Upgraded to Monterey Version 12.2 (21D49) Airdrop now not working

Airdrop has always worked no issues on all versions of Monterey for me until 12.2 (21D49). iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019 - 3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5, 24 GB 2667 MHz DDR4). After the last update airdrop can find all devices but once I click on any device to send, nothing happens. Airdrop works between all my devices but iMac. Also when sending from any decide to iMac it just gets stuck on "Waiting...". I have tried resetting the Bluetooth model in Terminal (sudo pkill bluetoothdCleanMyMac, reset the NVRAM, turn off/on, restart. Nothing. Anything else I could try? Is this a current bug?

Thank you in advance my friends.

P.S, yes, both bluetooth and wifi are enable on all devices, same network for all.

EDIT: Just updated to version 12.2.1 (21D62), issue still persists. Anyone else having this issue?

UPDATE: OP here, for anyone wondering and having the same issue: Reinstalling macOS didn't work BUT the issue then moved to my iPhone and iPad and all of my devices connected to my Apple ID. It so happens that my phone number and email were blocked, yes in the blocked contacts list, I have NO idea how that happened. After unblocking my number an email it all came to normal and is working as intended.

First please read the information below, this is CRITICAL!

The best antivirus, cleaning app, and overall maintenance app for Mac OS is Mac OS itself. All you need to do with Mac OS to keep it secure and running well is to keep it up-to-date and do periodic (about 1x per week) restarts. Other than that, leave it alone. Adding third party antivirus, cleaning, security and other types of maintenance apps to Mac OS adds no additional level of security. The only thing these apps do is have the opposite affect users want. They make Mac OS slow, unstable, generate odd behavior (much like you are experiencing) and make Mac OS appear buggy.

Please locate the developers uninstall instructions for CleanMyMac and follow to the letter. Then restart in Safe Mode per the directions in Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac and then restart normally and test AirDrop.

Okay, lets do this next to verify CMM did not leave any parts behind and if there is anything else installed on your system that could be causing a problem.

It will help us get a good idea of what is causing your problem if you provide a report of your system, that way we do not have to play 20 questions with you. The report we are requesting does NOT provide any personal information and is extremely safe to use. Please navigate to www.Etrecheck.com and download the free version of EtreCheck. Once you have you downloaded the app and installed it, please run the report and save it.

When you have your report, you can attach it when you reply to this message and we can then review it and help you determine what is needed to get your system running well again.

For instructions on how to download your EtreCheck report

and attach it to your reply to this message please click https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-250000211

The report looks okay, one thing that bothers me though is there is nothing that shows you backup your computer. If I am correct and you do not back up then this is a HUGE mistake and a 100% guarantee you will lose data. At the very least Time Machine should be used ( Back up your Mac with Time Machine ) and that will require an external HD. Many experienced users on these forums prefer the OWC Mercury Elite Pro due to it's reasonable prices, great quality and excellent service.

As for your AirDrop issue I'm out of ideas. I'd recommend giving AppleCare a call at this point. AppleCare contact Information
