Translate App

Hello, translate app on my ios 15.3 shows me often that message “translation is not available try again later”. I tried to uninstall the app to reinstall it but after uninstalling it it shows at App Store as its already installed with choice “open” instead of “get”. And when i press “open” App Store closes and nothing open.

now i dont have the app and can’t install it either! I restarted my iPhone but not solved

what could i do for that? Thanks in advance.
