How can I check if spotlight is still indexing, in my 2nd week now

So I set up my new MacBook Pro, clean install of all apps. Over 200Gb of user data I imported just over 2 weeks ago. Spotlight still shows the indexing progress bar moving but not seeing any material improvement in search results. How do I check it is still actually running? Is it normal to take weeks for large data sets?

Open Activity Monitor and the CPU tap and see if the process mdworker is running with significant CPU %. mdworker does the indexing.

Much appreciated, found 6 instances of mdworker with no significant CPU%. Excluded my user folder from Spotlight and they all ended. Re-included the folder and over 20 instances launched, but again with no material CPU% BUT indexing has now completed 24 hours later. Had excluded and re-added a couple of times over the last 2 weeks. Maybe coincidence but job done.
