Imovie

Hey there I updated my os to Catalina and imovie was greyed out and wouldn't start so I deleted and tried to install through app store but it says it not compatible can you send me a link to a version that works on Catalina please cheers ants

You need Monterey to run the current version of iMovie.

To obtain the highest version that Catalina can run, sign in at the app store, click on your I.D. at the bottom of the left sidebar, and update iMovie from your purchases that are displayed.

I forgot to mention that you must first drag your iMovie app from the Applications folder to the trash. Then sign in to the app store. Don’t empty the trash, however, until you get a successful download of iMovie.
