Macbook cannot connect with iPhone through bluetooth

Why do my macbook cannot connect with iPhone/other iOS device through bluetooth? While it can connect to normal bluetooth device no problem(such as airpod and bluetooth speaker)

When I connect from the Mac, it shows connected for a sec then turn back to not connected.

When I connect from iPhone, it shows "my macbook name" is not supported

I tried every trick I see online:

Reset iPhone wifi hotspot password

Reset iPhone network setting

Reset Macbook network setting by deleting network document in /Library/preference/systemconfiguration, then restart

Reset Macbook bluetooth setting by deleting bluetooth document in /Library/preference, then restart

Reset Macbook bluetooth by terminal command

A ton of forget the device and reconnect

None have worked. Is there a way to solve this without resetting the whole system?

And can anyone confirm if resetting the whole system can work?

MacBook Air M1, MacOS 12 Monterey 12.2.1

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15.3

Thank you very much!

You can not connect your iOS device via Bluetooth to transfer data unless you use AirDrop:
