Using MacBook Pro on AC power vs Battery

Is it good practice to connect Macbook Pro to AC power always? or Do I have to disconnect AC power when battery reaches to 100 and then connecting to AC power when battery is at 30% or 20%?

@ku4hx Thank you so much for your response. Apple support is suggesting to disconnect AC power when battery charge reaches to 100%. Should I do the same or shall I keep on use AC power as long as it is available?

You can leave the computer plugged in. Neither the computer nor the battery will be damaged by leaving it plugged in. Let the computer manage the power/charging system. Whoever told you to disconnect the computer when the charge reaches 100% was mistaken.
