Any one faced failure of logic board within 21 months of purchase of 13” MacBook Air ?
Repair cost of logic board is 60% of price of MacBook with only 3 months warranty.
I am told it’s only 1 year warranty , now regretting for not buying additional warranty for reputed brand.
As in life, some time things die at a young age. There is no rhyme or reason but it happens.
With Apple products it is rare that they die at such a young age, but it can happen. Unfortunately yours did.
It’s Apple product can’t use ONLY for 21 months and just throw …it’s hardware issue , is this issue common ?

No it is not common. But it does happen.
Failure of new Macbook within 21 months, does it make sense to spekd $700 for $1100
