Apple Watch - Stand

I just got my watch and my stand ring closes every day before noon. If I understand it correctly , it should be measuring my stand activity across a 12-hour period. How do I re-set this?

My software is updated, I’ve recalibrated the watch twice and it is set up correctly to detect my left wrist.

Apple Watch Series 3 Stand Function Stopped Working My new Apple Watch Series 3 has been wonderful thus far. I’ve worn it for two weeks and closed all of my activity circles every day. The activity circle won’t show any progress for the last 4 hours or so. In that time I’ve walked for over 40 minutes and stood for longer than that, none of which my activity tracker will record at all. I’ve checked that my wrist detection is on, my settings show that I’m not in a wheelchair, and I’ve restarted both my phone and the watch. how is "stand" measured? My stand measurement seems to stop detecting movement on my apple watch series 5 for ramdom 1 hour windows. Today I tracked movement for the 11AM window. I moved around my location, including climbing stairs for 30 minutes of the hour, yet it did not registrer on my stand monitor. My watch is running at ver 7.0.1 it is a model A2093

Apple Watch Standing Recently had hip surgery, how can I get my Apple Watch to tell me to stand every 30 minutes?

Tap “Change Goals”

Tap “Next”

Adjust up or down your number of Stand hours.

Tap “OK”

You might have your stand goal set to 6 hours instead of 12,it can go up to 16 by the way.
