Boat Rockerz 255 not connecting to Macbook Pro M1 & Sony WH-1000XM3 giving poor audio quality!!

Hi, I am currently on MacOS 12.2.1

I am trying to connect my Boat Rockerz 255 to my MacBook since the last 2 hours. The name of my headphones appears on the Bluetooth list, but upon clicking on 'Connect' it just loads and does nothing. Moreover, i have tried restarting my MacBook, resetting my headphones, removing all other devices. My Redmi Note 10, JBL Clip 3 and Sony WH-1000XM3, 2015-iMac connect very well without a problem but these headphones which provide good quality mic as well as audio are not able to pair. Is it because of the software or does my headphone have old bluetooth versions?

Secondly, my WH-1000XM3 upon connecting give good quality audio, noise cancellation if we just listen to songs/ watch videos. But if an audio-video application like Webex or Zoom or Google Meet is used, the audio immediately becomes muffled and there is an irritative background noise, it basically shifts to the Ambient mode and makes the experience even worse.(Works well with Mobile)
