Open Facetime from Chrome phone number link

Hello,

I used to be able to automatically open Facetime from Google Chrome when clicking on a phone number (link) but it doesn't work anymore. The option Chrome now offer is Skype (see attached image).

Is it something that the latest version of Chrome can't do or is it a setting I need to change in macOS?

I currently have the latest macOS 12.2.1 with Chrome 98.0.4758.80.

UPDATE : I just realize that Safari also calls Skype directly. So I assume it might be a global settings somewhere but I can't figure out where to disable this.
