hey so I have Itunes and I have been trying to download my songs from itunes onto my ipod via syncing as that is what everybody has told me to do however it doesn't work does anybody have an idea on what is going on? or any other method to install songs onto the ipod potentially through my computers file system?
Open iTunes and connect your iPod with its charging cable to your computer (careful-iPod 3rd gen and older can only sync with FireWire 400 rather than USB 2). Click the iPod icon in the top left corner, scroll to the bottom and tick the box that says to sync music. Then press the 'Sync now' button which should be next to the storage info at the bottom. Any songs that you purchased from the iTunes Store in your library will sync to your iPod. Allow some time to complete.
