iPhone 13 speakerphone and Bluetooth issues

I have had and iPhone for years and have never had trouble using the speakerphone. I basically can’t use it because when I try talking to anyone they say it’s breaking up. Also, having Bluetooth issues. There are times other peoples older iPhones standing around me pick up the Bluetooth signal, and mine doesn’t. I have tried for hours connecting it to my car, and it won’t. My last iPhone connected with no problem. So I’ve now gone for a few months not having my phone hooked up to my car Bluetooth.
