Field Test Mode questions in newer iPhones (12 mini & 13) with iOS v15.3.1.

Hello.

  1. How do I delete very old metric datas from many hours ago?
  2. How do I force refresh to get updated datas? I tried turning airplane off and on, rebooting, etc. Some datas are still very old like LTE's Rach Attempt. Is it because of "No Service" status in the rural area?

Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)

Hi ant dude,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand you have some questions about your iPhone. We're happy to help.

Are you currently seeing "No Service" or "Searching" on your device? If so, you can find some great information about that here: If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

If you're not seeing No Service/Searching let us know a bit more about what's happening. We'll go from there.

Thanks

"No Service" a lot in my rural home area. iPhones work fine down the hills away from my area though. Older iPhones (4S, 6 +, and 11 Pro Max) had better cellular services even at 1X and 3G.
