Hello, I got an iPhone from a seller it says it's

blocked by the sim and my provider told me to contact apple.

If the SIM is locked to a different carrier, you need to contact that carrier and ask them to unlock it. Apple cannot do this.

Don't contact your current carrier, contact the carrier the phone is locked to.
