My left shitf key in macbook pro early 2015 do not work, what do I do?

Try to run Apple Diagnostics if it reports hardware error(NDK001, NDK003, NDK004).

If it reports hardware error, contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation or take your MacBook Pro to Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro.
