Can’t add my Crypterium Visa card to Apple Pay

I’m trying to add my Crypterium Visa card for weeks (which is compatible with Apple Pay) used it before.

Changed to a new iPhone, it was still available on my old one, and all of a sudden I cannot use it with the old one and it disappears, and while trying to add it to the new one now I really can’t.

Contacted Crypterium support and they insist I talk to Apple Pay support because everything on their end is okay and ready to go. I’m stuck!

Can anyone help?

To add cards to the Wallet app, use the guidance here: Set up Apple Pay in Wallet on iPhone

This will provide you step by step how to add a credit or debit card.
