Why does my iPhone music have wrong covers?

So got an IPhone 13 pro transferred all stuff from an 11 pro and all the art work got turned into scramble eggs on my phone , not in ITunes Just on the phone.. This still an issue .. what’s simple fix ? And don’t say go album by alum I have over 1000 albums on here ..

Album Cover Art changed after signing up for Apple Music I recently signed up for Apple Music. I have ripped a lot of my LP's and CD's into iTunes library over the years. All of my Album Cover Art is correct on my iMac, however after signing up with Apple Music I noticed that the Album cover art on my iPhone 13 and my iPad Air 3 changed on several albums on these two devices. The album cover art in my iTunes library is correct and did not change, thank goodness. Any suggestions on how to get the album cover art back being correct on my iPhone and iPad? All of the album cover art on both of these devices was correct before signing up for Apple Music. Thank you.

Album art all mixed up from Music to Iphone 11 pro It's been a lot of days that if i put my ORIGINAL MUSIC CD'S inside "Music" and i try to put them on my iphone, all the album cover get mixed up with older covers and I'm never able to have the right one.. the only thing Mac told me is to subscribe to Itunes Match or Apple Music. Anyone can help me with this problem without having to pay for a useless subscription?
