AirPort Utility launches each time I boot my system. I cannot stop it and cannot delete it from my system.
How can I delete it? The system doesn't allow me to delete it even logged in as root.

If you want to dig a bit deeper to learn why AirPort Utility was opening up automatically, it is because the utility checks for problems or updates with any AirPort routers on the network.
Do you still have an AirPort router on the network? If yes, which model do you have?
So far, all that we have done is tell AirPort Utility not to open automatically if it detects a potential problem on your network. This is the equivalent of placing a piece of black tape over the Check Engine light in your car. You won't see the Check Engine light, but a potential issue still remains, although you might think that the car runs great.
If you want to investigate further, did AirPort Utility open up automatically at both home locations or only one? If it only opened up automatically at one location, was this the home with 2 AirPorts or the home with 3?
Worked like a champ! Thanks
I have 2 Airport Extreme routers at one of my two homes. I have three at the other. Both sites work great.
If it ain't broke why fix it?
