Not receiving notifications for messages after 15.3.1 update

I’m not receiving message notifications (while unlocked or locked) after updating. I have checked all the following.

Settings-Notifications-Messages-Allow Notifications✅-TimeSensitiveNotifications✅, Alerts(Lock Screen✅, Notification Center✅, Banners✅)

Settings-Messages-iMessage✅-Send&ReceiveTo#✅-MMS Messages✅-GroupMessages✅

Focused is turned off❌

Reset Phone✅

Hard Reset✅

Turned off and on settings✅

Is there anything else I’m over looking?

Easy to fix with this workaround

first off all, delete all focus settings on your iPhone don’t worry you can create them later

now in notifications settings on top just turn on schedule summary then go back to notifications and in each app just turn off/on allow notifications toggle and in the second option select inmediate delivery, do that for all your apps , reboot your iPhone after , see screenshot attachment as example

I'm facing the same issue but not only with Message app but also with multiple apps. Is your issue resolved?

My wife grabbed my phone and turned off and on Settings-Notifications-Messages-Allow Notifications✅. I’ve done this multiple times and it didn’t work. For some reason it worked when she did it.🤷‍♂️ Not sure why it worked, but it’s working now.

Did everything you said, still not receiving notifications for messages. I’ve been receiving notifications for everything else as far as I know.
