Subscribe to Apple One and use a different Apple ID of a different country for iCloud

Is anybody using 2 different accounts from 2 different countries on the same device? I mean this: Apple ID #1 from country A used for iCloud, Apple ID #2 from country B used for iTunes/media purchases, etc. I’d like to subscribe to Apple One with Apple ID #2, sharing Apple One with Family Sharing and assign the iCloud storage that comes with Apple One to Apple ID #1. Has anybody ever tried this? This article (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211862) says you can choose which Apple ID to assign the iCloud storage to if you use two different AppleIDs on your device, but I’m not sure if that applies to Apple IDs from different countries…

The content and services provided by Apple are country specific and will not work with Apple IDs registered in different countries.

Family sharing also works only with Apple IDs registered for the same country.
