How to I fix a touch screen on an IPhone 12 mini that will not respond at all. I can not even turn the phone off. Have cleaned the screen, removed the protector, confirmed it has battery - nothing!

Press and immediately release the volume up button then immediately press and release the volume down button then immediately press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo then let go of the side button.

Up to you, might not hurt to get it tested. Remember the procedure in my post, it is called a Forced Restart.
