BenQ monitor EW3270U with apple TV

I have connected my Apple TV 4K with BenQ monitor EW3270U with HDMI cable. The monitor have built in speakers. Apple TV is connected video display is perfect but the volume control is not working from the apple remote despite all troubleshooting. If any one have the solution. Is the problem due to built in speakers.

Everything's fine, except that I can't control the loudness through the apple-remote. I tried Apple's recommended "remote training program" but this didn't help. Apple TV 4K stopped working on 4k content and audio on remote after update 16.5 My Apple TV 4K after update to the the TVos 16.5 the ability to control de audio from the apple tv remote of the sound system stopped working, now i only can control the sound with the remote of the system, the light on the apple tv still works but no capacity to control the audio. The other issue, is that the options of 4k resolutions with Dolby Vision or even with HDR were gone, even the check HDMI Connection is gone. Before the update i could control the audio with the Apple TV Remote, and the TV displayed the content according to the content selected, my tv support both of the standards and the cable is capable of speeds of 8k, these kind of issues were not a problem in the TVos 16.4 but on the TVos 16.5 but now they are, because i am limited by the update, can someone help me?

Apple TV does support Sound on Lenovo ThinkVision P24h-20 but cannot change sound level via remote control I have a Apple TV 4K device with the newest remote control available. I can use this Apple TV with my Lenovo ThinkVision P24h-20 monitor connected via HDMI. The speakers are detected and I do have sound. Unfortunately, I cannot change sound level with the remote control. However, once I add my bluetooth box for the sound I can change the level with the remote control. This workaround is useful, but could you please fully support ThinkVision monitor devices? Another hint: my monitor supports USB-c which is great for my laptops. It would be fantastic if Apple TV devices would support this port as well.

for it to work the tv/monitor has to support hdmi-cec Consumer Electronics Control - Wikipedia
