Screen time for iphone has not been available for 7days.

How do I fix this? My kids device says, “Screen time for iphone has not been available for 7days. Make sure iPhone is connected to the internet and signed into iCloud w Apple ID”.

Screen Time Screen Time looks great! My son got gifted his grandmothers old iphone because he didn't have a device and she wanted him to use it like an ipod touch. No cell service just for apps. We agreed but he is on it way too much. We googled and found screen time should already be a built in solution. However we simply don't see it under settings. Its an Iphone 5 running 13.3.3. How do I get screen time on this? Why isn't it on it already? Any help is appreciated.

Try this -> Sign out of iCloud.

Turn Off the iPhone, then turn it On again.

Sign into iCloud again.
