Please how I can stop this my Ipad pro converting my handwritten to text. This is not making sense to me. have turned off my ipad and also done it forcefully but this is still happening. Kindly help advise as I do not want this.

If you already disabled (to no avail) that option in Settings>Apple Pencil>Scribble and, when done, you restarted your device, contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Get Support

Go to pencil setting then click on color pencil/ highlighter. There you will see the option of scribble.
