Apple Watch rash

Hi, I'm looking for advise please. I have had Apple iWatch 3 for over 3 years. Never had any issues with the watch in anyway, its always worked, never had a rash but recently I got a circular rash on my wrist from wearing the watch, I'm guessing so much.

I'm so used to wearing my iWatch I'm really lost without it. Has this happened to anyone else and what helped?
