Terminal Transparency on Monterey 12.2.1

I'm trying to make my Terminal Background transparent as it was before the update, idk what's the issue here is my settings



Also, I created a new profile but the same issue occurred

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 12.2

Click the Background color inkwell on that Terminal Preferences > Text panel. This will open a color picker, where there are opacity and blur sliders that allow you to fine-tune the transparency and blur of your Terminal window. Mine is set to black and as I reduce opacity, I can see the Desktop through the Terminal window in either macOS 11.6.4 or macOS 12.2.1.
