Make sure each track' source is set to the desired input.
Click the record enable on each track
Record.

Sir, What have I do if I got to inputs, the mic and the instrument. The system choose only one and record only one track
There doesn't/isn't an option for individual record on the tracks - just like a mute button and a headphones icon
