how to receive invoice

i can't get a refund because it says "this purchase does not have an invoice", what should i do?

It sounds as though you’re seeking to request a refund for a subscription and having issues doing so. Apple Support Communities is a wonderful place for help, and we’re glad you were directed here from the How to cancel a subscription from Apple article. 


If this purchase was recently made, you may have to wait for a receipt to be emailed before completing the refund request. You can also contact Apple for support, their contact details can be found via the following links.
