This purchase does not have an invoice

Hello i am trying to request for a refund but the item shows "This purchase does not have an invoice"

is there an email i can contact regarding this?

I see those but then all the apps I download are free. Some may have an optional subscription but the free part doesn't because since it is free there's nothing that was charged.
