Backup iPad Pro to PC

Question

Backup iPad Pro to PC

I cannot find an adapter or cable that works with my iPad Pro that will allow me to do a manual backup to my PC, or allow me to keep my music library up to date with my PC. The iPad's only in/out port is a USB-C. Finding an adapter USB-C to USB on the PC is almost impossible. I have an Apple USB-C to USB adapter, but when connected to my PC with USB cable I get nothing.

What is everyone else doing in this regard.

I have purchased the USB-C to USB adapter and used it on my pc. It is able to read and I can do an update from iTune; however, I am unable to do a local backup

Thanks for the info. I may try that cable. I am spending a small fortune trying to get one that works. I do have this adapter that I bought from Apple but it does not work either (with USB - USB) cable.
