I accidentally deleted both iwatchs from my bluetooth when I told bluetooth to forget one of my watches, cannot reconnect despite my watch app saying the watch is still paired. How do I see my watch in the bluetooth menu again?

I only actually had one watch, not sure why I saw two in the bluetooth menu, so I deleted what I thought was the old watch and both disappeared. It appears that will work, syncing to the phone now.
I don't understand how to unpair the watch from my phone if the bluetooth entry is deleted. Am I missing something?
From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
Go to Find iPhone.
Click All Devices at the top of the screen.
Click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.
Click Remove from Account.
Try unpairing both watches through the watch app on the phone then re-pair the watch/watches again.
