MacBook taking long time to boot into MacOS

Hello! It takes around 2-3 minutes for my MacBook Air to boot into MacOS. Whenever I switch to Windows, it boots instantly.

Already used Disk Utility's First Aid, reinstalled the OS in Recovery Mode, Installed fresh MacOS on newly created volume.

None of the above worked. Is there anything I could do to fix this issue?

Finding: Antivirus software: Apple and AdGuard

Action: Uninstall AdGuard using AdGuard's uninstall instructions. That app seems to cause any problems

Finding: Launchd: /Library/LaunchAgents/uk.co.canimaansoftware.ClamXAV.UninstallWatcher.plist

Executable: /usr/local/ClamXAV3/bin/Uninstall.app

Details: Exact match found in the legitimate list - probably OK

[Loaded] uk.co.canimaansoftware.ClamXAV.UninstallWatcher.plist (? 1a8846e0 - installed 2021-12-09)

Action: Uninstall ClamXAV. Same as for AdGuard. Had you previously uninstalled this app? If yes you did not remove those two parts of it.

Finding: Login Item: /Applications/Hazel.app/Contents/Library/LoginItems/86Z3GCJ4MF.com.noodlesoft.HazelHelper.app

Action: what is this app for? I do not know if it is good or bad since I have not seen it before. I doubt a problem though.

Finding: [Running] com.rogueamoeba.aceagent.plist (Rogue Amoeba Software, LLC - installed 2021-10-15)

[Loaded] com.rogueamoeba.acetool.plist (Rogue Amoeba Software, LLC - installed 2021-10-15)

Action: What does this app do? I doubt a problem though.

Finding: Backup: Time Machine Not Configured

Action: Things happen. I recommend using Time Machine or other backup method.

Download and run this app so we can find more information about your installation.

After running the app use the app's feature to paste to clipboard. Then paste it in the text box for a reply in this forum click on the addition text icon. This is because the normal reply text box limits how much you can type.
