Blurry Camera feature iPhone 13 Pro Max

Hello, I purchased my brand new iPhone 13 Pro Max a month ago. Coming from the iPhone 11 Pro I found the cameras of the phone perfectly balanced, but everything changed with the 13. The feature of the camera to self-switching from normal to macro is outrageous at least. I have disabled the Auto Macro feature from settings and I turned on the Lock Lens in video settings but the camera still does its thing sometimes. But the most annoying is that when photographing landscapes at sunset or with a complex background (for example a lighthouse with waves and a boat) the camera still realizes that I am close to something and it doesn't zoom enabling the Macro mode again.... Even when I press on the screen for the lens to zoom somewhere else still the lens doesn't change to normal from Macro and the results are awful and blurry photos even with perfect light conditions. Each time I have to lower the phone to my feet for the camera to change and then raise it back to horizontal to have a chance of the AI to realize that I am trying to shoot a landscape photo... For a device that here in Greece costs 1.500euros I find it disappointing. Have anyone found a solution? Is Apple going to release an update soon? Is there an official Apple Customer Service e-mail to contact them? Thank you all in advance.

Andreasterez, I have the same problems and am really frustrated mainly because I have upgraded from an 11 pro specifically for the 13 Pro camera enhancements.

Although Iā€™m relatively new to posting on this forum I am not new to I phone photography or indeed Apple products. It doesnā€™t look as though you have had an answer to your really relevant question ā€¦ā€¦ā€¦..
