about the app reound
On 12/02/2022 I downloaded a paid app. Since it was not possible
to shoot 1080p or 4k videos with this app, I requested a refund. On 13/02/2022
the refund was approved. On 2/15/2022 the funds were transferred from my bank
account on 2/15/2022 I received an email from Apple about the canceled invoice.
Until today, even if the refund is approved and the cancellation invoice has
been sent to me, I have not actually received the payments.
I have talked to my bank and they told me that no transfer is made
to my account .
I don’t know if is any problem or I have to wait .
I need to say that I bought the app from Albania , Europe .
I would kindly ask you
to help me with this situation.
