I am now running Monterey on my iMac. How do I get my iTunes music library(s) so I can play them on Apple Music, WITHOUT and more subscriptions, etc.

Did you move the library? Your iTunes library needs to be upgraded to Music (What happened to iTunes?). You can then use Music as you have used iTunes in the past.
Apple Music is a subscription service, Music is the app.
