apple mail is not working

I can not see any windows, open new windows, send or receive mail in apple mail today. has anybody seen this before. how do I re-boot mail? When I quit and re-start its the same thing. I can not see any windows.

Mail hasn't been working correctly in Ventura Apple's MAIL program has not been working correctly since I updated to Ventura. On my Mac, I can no longer mover emailed to folders, tag emails as read/unread, or flag emails. I have to FORCE Mail to quit. It continuously says "moving 1 of 9". Is anyone else having problems with MAIL?

Gmail not showing up in mail macOS Ventura My Gmail account is not showing up in Mail. The account shows up in the list of internet accounts and calendar dates are synchronized in Ical, but next to the email setting the status button it only shows "checking." This is not an issue on my other devices that are still running on Catalina.

Mac's Mail App is not as modern as iOS's Mail app, Many eMail providers now require a separate App Password different from your eMail password…

Using app passwords with apps that don't support two-step verification (microsoft.com)

Apple provides one of my email accounts and Gmail provides my other. It’s not my mail that is not coming through. I can get it on my phone. It’s the Apple mail app that will not let me see an inbox, send or receive mail. I can launch the app but get no mail windows on my MacBook Pro. I can’t open a new one or write a new message or view any mail. It’s as though the Apple mail app has been corrupted. I have never seen this before.
