external keyboard wont work
The external keyboard connected to my iPad Pro and case wont work, even after turning iPad off and on again, and removing and reconnecting pad to the keyboard. How can I fix this?

If it is an Apple Keyboard, have it inspected, along with your iPad, at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider.
Shouldn't be this case, contact your keyboard manufacturer support team and ask them.
