icloud.com certificate issuer unknown

I'm using a new 2019 MacBook Pro 16" with fully updated Monterey. I can't browse icloud.com in Firefox, Safari, or Chrome because the certificate issuer is rejected as unknown. I assume this is also what is causing errors enabling iCloud in System Preferences.

The cert issuer info (which I can't figure out how to get in Safari, so that's less helpful than Firefox in this regard):

Issuer Name

Organization Cisco

Common Name Cisco Umbrella Secondary SubCA lax-SG

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.2

Hi, DannoMcK, and thanks for reaching out. We see you're having issues with being unable to access the iCloud website due to a certificate. We'll be glad to provide some info.

The following article may be of some use: Change certificate trust policies on Mac

Aside from that, it could be related to the network you're using, or some sort of security software you have installed on your Mac. In that case, you'd want to reach out to your network administrator, or the developer of the security software for more information.

Cheers!
