Google Drive wants to access OneDrive

Today Feb 17th, 2022 I received this:

  • Who is asking this question? (macOS Montery?, Google Drive or One Drive?)
  • Where can I go to change my answer if I choose wrong?

The upper question mark, open iCloud help and discusses having multiple shared sharing the same folder... not a situation that I have knowingly created.

Additional info about system:

  • Macbook Air M1 Montery 12.2.1
  • Google Drive, Version: 55.0.3.0 (Apple Silicon)
  • Microsoft OneDrive, Version: 22.002.0103.0004 (January 14, 2022)
  • Popup image containes: Red stop sign with an exclamation mark, "Google Drive.app" wants to access files managed by OneDrive", "Don't allow" and "OK" buttons.

MacBook Air (2020 or later)
