How do I increase the general font size on my MBP? Email, Safari, etc. Is there an accessibility feature like on iPhones?

Some apps have their own preference to accommodate...

System wide you can make changes—

>System Preferences>Accessibility>Display>Resolution (Scaled) make changes that suit you.
