There really is no such thing. Since iOS and iPadOS are sandboxed file systems, no App can scan or access the file space of another app. So a virus scanner literally cannot scan anything but it’s own app file space and nothing else.
It is always wise to pay attention to Apple updates as they contain security updates. IOS 15.3.1 just patched one that was recently unveiled for example (About the security content of iOS 15.3.1 and iPadOS 15.3.1 - Apple Support).
