iPhone 13 charging problems

Hi

I bought my iPhone 13 – 5 days ago and yesterday it was the second time the battery was low. I didn’t put it on the charger until it was at 0%. So it suddenly shut down. Tbh last time I checked was 3% and I thought I had some time to plug in.

I plugged it in ( 20 watt) and overnight and nothing happened. It’s still only showing the battery and cable animation and won’t start.

NEVER had anything remotely like that with my iPhone 8 Plus which I had for 4+ years.
