Face Id disabled(A problem was detected with the TrueDepth camera. Face ID has been disabled).
Yesterday morning I had the issue with the face id.
I contacted the apple support and they have suggested me to go to apple service and booked an appointment
And prior to the appointment I called the service center and described my issue initially they informed me that they need to diagnose the device and come to the conclusion based on that, Then I said fine and hung up the call, within a minute they called back and informed that they had talked with technician and he informed them that if the issue is with face id being disabled then the solution would be replace the mobile for which I have to pay a lot of money.
My iPhone is 12 pro max and it's just 1 year 3 months since I bought the phone.
Very disappointed that I have to buy another iPhone so that I could use face Id.
I have tried all the methods shown in apple support like restarting the iPhone, updating to latest iOS, reset face id but nothing worked.
Expecting solution for this issue other than buying other iPhone.
