You probably already have Rosetta.

What makes you think you don't have it? It should install automatically when you try to run an Intel based application.

Actually, I cannot export a video mockup in Photoshop to mp4 file and Adobe support team advise to install Rosetta as their 2022 version does not work well on Mac M1.
