iCloud Passwords on Apple TV

For some reason, my Apple TV has all of a sudden started asking me to enter my children's apple id passwords (which I don' t know). When I turn on my Apple TV or am watching a show, I will be interrupted and directed to go to settings and enter the password for xyz icloud password. I can select either Settings or Not Now - when I select settings, the only option is to enter their password. I am not given any way to clear this account so that the apple tv stops asking for it. When I select Not Now, I am often placed into an annoying loop of having to select Not Now several times before I am able to watch my show.

I have cleared myself and all other accounts out of the user settings and added myself back in. I do not have 2FA enabled. l have unplugged the apple tv and plugged back in. I have reset the apple tv. What now?
