Locked-On Stabilization

Premiere has a built-in feature to stabilize an image so that a particular object always remains in the center of the image... or at least in the same place. This is popular at the head, so that the image always moves with the head. This is also popular on social media. I hope you understand what I mean. Now I haven't found this feature in FCP and wanted to ask if there is a simple workaround or a cheap (even better free) plugin for this?

This plugin does what does your looking for: https://store.pixelfilmstudios.com/product/fcpx-stabilizer/

Definitely interested in knowing your question as well since the new auto tracking functionality was added to FCPX. Would rather use something built-in over adding another plugin.

So you want to tell me that akiezel is not trustworthy?
After all, he delivered exactly what I wanted.

Of course not! I never meant to demean a fellow user in any way.

And, as I said, the plugin in question may well work fine.

I just pointed out that a number of people, me included, may not trust the developers in question.
