Cant Find Cellular option and Voice and Data Option on new Iphone 13

Hi guys , Just shifted from Android to Iphone 13 with IOS 15 .Im trying to change my network from LTE to 4g ( recommended by carrier) but i cant seem to find the option . Maybe i am missing something but my understanding is in my region "cellular" option is the "mobile data" option . When i click that i get different options for viewing(cellular options allows use to change between LTE/4G/5G but i get different options) . Can anyone suggest what i can do ?

"Cellular" is the same thing as "Mobile Data" on your phone. Different terms are used in different regions. They are the same thing.

LTE is 4G.

If 5G isn't visible, contact your carrier. If you moved the SIM from an older phone to your new one, you will need a new SIM for 5G service.

I would start with your carrier, not Apple. If they don't have 5G provisioned on your account or you don't have a 5G compatible SIM, that option will not show up at all.

Yup thanks for that . Just dont see the Voice and Data option after clicking the "Mobile Data" button ( as shown in the pic) . Guess i will have to go to an apple store to check out where can i view those options since i cant find them anywhere

Is your carrier AT&T?, if so because AT&T has shut down the 3G network.

Contact your carrier.

Try first to optimize the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article:

Hi Raicya ,

Thank you for these but my query is regarding just changing network options from LTE -> 4G /5G which isnt visible in the phone . I am not seeing the "cellular" option in settings which i see in other phones when i search the net

Thank you all for your help . I will have to go to the center since this option is visible in my friends phone (iphone 11 Max) but i cant seem to find it in mine
