song titles

If I copy songs from my iTunes library to a Flash Drive, do they keep the song title, album title and name of the artist? Or do they just appear as Song 1, Song 2, etc...

Generally all the metadata lives within the files so is retained. The exception is .wav files which don't have a tag. With these you normally get the file name as <Track Number> <Song Name>.wav and everything else is lost.
