Copying pictures using right click copy

We have two computers for work that are networked together. Both of the computers were on yesterday and both had icloud open when the power went out. After getting power back and turning on the computers, the icloud right click with copy and paste no longer works on either computer. Our computers are dell computers. When we right click we get a page that shows: Back, forward, refresh, save as, print, cast media to device, send page to your devices, create QR code for this page etc There is no copy on it. The copy and paste saves us so much time as we use the pictures often to put in our reports. We are hoping someone can help. Thank you very much

Hello priceamerica,

Thanks for participating in Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, after a power outage you no longer see the option to "copy" a photo stored in iCloud, while using the iCloud website. If that's right, does the same thing happen with other websites that you visit? If so, you may need to clear your browsing history. Depending on the browser you're using, you'll want to reach out to their developer for those steps.

If it's only for the iCloud website, let us know a bit more:

  • Which Windows version is installed?
  • Have you signed out and back in of the iCloud website?

The more information you can provide the better.

Take care.
