Books app crashes on iOS 15.3.1

Hi,

I updated my iPad Pro into iOS 15.3.1 and ran into problems almost immediately. When I select a bunch of pictures and convert them into pdf document in Books app the process crashes. Done this a lot and didn’t happen until I installed iOS 15.3.1. Tried several times and rebooted my iPad also. Does not happen with a couple of pictures but when we are talking about 100-200 pics it does. This is definitely a OS bug. How to get this solved? Please fix the bug.

Files app continually reloading Since the update to iOS 15 on my iPad Pro, my files app will not allow me to view .NEF files without continually reloading them. I can view the thumbnail just fine. However, when I select a thumbnail to view, it opens and closes the picture continually. This was never an issue until the recent update. Anybody familiar with this issue? Any fixes?

PDF crashes on markup I own an iPad 9th Gen. I have been facing an issue while I markup on the PDFs in Files. The PDF refreshes itself as soon as I draw anything on it. Sometimes I am not even able to close it because it is in a constant loop of refreshing itself. My files are in iCloud but I tried moving them into the internal storage and annotating but the issue still persists. Also this is happening only with a few of the PDFs. It would be really great if someone could help me out. Thanks
